Allen Toussaint, Rebirth Brass Band & Pine Leaf Boys at Wolf Trap's Annual "Louisiana Swamp Romp"

The Big Easy is marching it's way into the D.C. area as the "26th Annual Louisiana Swamp Romp" returns to Vienna. Dance to infectious Cajun and blues tunes at Wolf Trap's cherished New Orleans-style summer party featuring live music, food and dancing. This year's lineup includes soul icon Allen "The Southern Knight" Toussaint, the Rock and Roll Hall of Famer who's been credited with bringing the New Orleans sound to the national stage. The "Romp" gets a dose of energetic, hard-thumping second line jazz with the Grammy Award-winning Rebirth Brass Band. You'll also see the Grammy-nominated Pine Leaf Boys as they raise their accordions, fiddles and voices for some traditional Cajun and Creole sounds.
