Originally written for his son, Ian Fleming's book became the beloved 1968 film of the same name, and is now reaching a new generation on the stage. The sensational score by the renowned Sherman Brothers (Richard and Robert -- who also wrote the music for "Mary Poppins") includes such unforgettable tunes as "Truly Scrumptious," "Toot Sweets," "Hushabye Mountain" and, of course, the Oscar-nominated title song. Join the adventure as eccentric inventor Caractacus Potts and his two children race to rescue Grandpa Potts from the evil Baron Bomhurst in their magical flying car.
