Acclaimed Dance Theatre of Harlem Comes to Baltimore

Baltimore's Murphy Fine Arts Center presents the Dance Theatre of Harlem. Established in 1969 by Arthur Mitchell and Karel Shook, DTH is an ensemble company comprised of the top African American performers in the Dance Theatre of Harlem's Professional Training Program. They've toured to more than 35 cities in 26 states, and performed for more than 65,000 patrons -- drawing accolades from critics and audiences for their vibrant, energetic presentations of modern and classic ballet for a new generation of audiences.
