About Deepening Practice: Healing the "Pain Body"

Spiritual teacher Eckhart Tolle, author of “The Power of Now”, has coined the term pain body to describe a field of energy in the body that consists of “negative emotions that were not faced, accepted, and then let go of in the moment they arose. These negative emotions leave a residue of emotional pain, which is stored in the cells of the body.” This accumulation of past pain remains within us, unconsciously popping up as anger, sadness, or other pain, and limiting our ability to live a free and fearless life.

The only way out, is through…

The pain body can be dissolved in the light of our conscious awareness. For this course, we will use some of Eckhart Tolle’s text as a guide and inspiration as we learn how to face and move beyond the pain body. Some meditation experience required.

*Space is limited to 12 participants.
