About Kyle Lacy and the Harlem River Noise.

Kyle Lacy and the Harlem River Noise conjure up a potion taking you home to the roots of 1950's rock 'n' roll while creating something new. Whether it's the hillbilly strutting Carl Perkins licks, the Stray Cats rockabilly revival sounds or the roots-influenced Van Morrison style ballads, he is a singer-songwriter with a rockabilly spirit.
?
As a teenager he played in rock bands and made extra money recording jazz and rockabilly bands in the basement of his Atlanta home. After his professional debut in The Buddy Holly Story, he took an apartment in New York City, living off of bodega sandwiches and open mic nights.
?
Armed with an elegantly raucous voice, a 50's grit guitar style and a keen knack for "in the moment" lyrical honesty, Kyle uses his showmanship to keep his audience grooving down to the last beat.
